1.1 To open an account to our Service you must provide your name and information about your company such as name of the company, address, phone number, and email. Our service is provided only to aquaculture companies, therefore we do not require you to provide any personal data apart from your name. You do not need to provide credit card, debit card and/or bank account information and any other relevant information for having access in our Service and website.
1.2 We use any personal data that you provide us (your name and the email or telephone number if it happens to be the same with the email or telephone of your company) in accordance with worldwide data protection practices. We use, store, process and handle personal information in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of personal data, the processing of personal data (protection of individuals) Law 138(1)/2001, 37(1)/2003, 105(1)/2012, 679/2016, this policy and our terms of service. We are registered under the Cyprus Law 138(1)/2001 for the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of the Individual).

2.1 When using our service you post, upload and store information and data regarding your production (“Information”). This information will be treated as confidential and shared only within Blue Analytics and/or our associated persons and/or business partners and/or any third party which provide services to us for the improvement of our Service or other similar purposes. Blue Analytics does not rent, sell, or share any information about you and your company with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide service you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: <br>(a) provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of/ or with us under confidentiality agreements, without any right to share or communicate this information<br> (b) create anonymized, aggregated datasets and statistics on production performance of selected species and areas.
2.2 We limit access to your personal data only to employees who may need to contact with you in order to provide better services.
2.3. Your information will not be disclosed to any other third party except if such disclosure is required under any regulatory or legal proceedings.
3. User Records and Recordings
3.1 Under the applicable law and regulations we are required to keep records containing personal data, trading information, account opening documents, communications and every other relevant detail related to the use of our Service. Telephone conversation between Blue Analytics and you as contractual user may be recorded for the needs of business operation which is always to your knowledge and consensus.
